Light Bulbs Of Different Types

Aug 2, 2010

Cities don’t sleep any more. We live in times, where work (and play) is a round the clock affair and someone, somewhere, in some city of the world is working well into the wee hours of the morning, on any given day. In the 200 years since the first incandescent light bulb shone bright, many versions of light bulbs have done their bit. Today the market boasts of light bulbs made of different components, composites and constituents and that beam with different degrees of intensity, serving different purposes. Take for example metal halide lamps. They produce very bright light and are often used as flood lights. Christmas lights on the other hand, emit very little light and are suitable only as decoration. Somewhere between the two are CFL lights. CFL lights are low on energy consumption, but high on quantum of light generated; perfect for offices and houses. The above and a host of other types of lights and light bulbs are available at dallaslightbulb.com. Look them up; when you are seeking light, they can certainly show you the way!
